A Strategy Call is free. It's 30 minutes to establish whether we can help and how. The Growth Audit is the right step if you've already decided export is next — or if you want a grounded, written view of your opportunity before committing to a full engagement.

This is a paid, structured working session. We prepare in advance, ask the questions that matter, and deliver a written plan — not a verbal debrief. The output is something you can act on whether or not you engage us further.
